We are specialised in helping our clients materialise their strategic vision into operational reality. The founder Emeric Denis had been in the Workspace management industry for over 12 years across many clients and companies globally when he had the opportunity to launch his own company in 2017.
The company was initially known as "IWMS Consulting", following the addition of a new partner the offering covered the Organisational Design part of Operational Management, and the company was renamed as "THELIAS" in early 2019 to reflect the widened offerings.

Business Intelligence (BI) is the final aim to any data work: implementing systems, aligning to industry standards, data cleansing, etc. All that hard work is for the sole purpose to reporting intelligently on your data, but equally if not done right it can jeopardises all the work done downstream.
